1.5 cups elbow mac, cooked
4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1/4 cup onion, diced
1 can black olives, halved
mayo, enough to bind ingredients
garlic salt to taste
pepper to taste
couple dashes of tabasco
I grew up on country food but hated mac and/or potato salad until I had it at my neighbor's. Noa's version of this high starch dish surprisingly feels light...until you eat the whole thing and then it's not so light.
