Meg moves in and I'm flooded out 4 times

First flood in Feb 2021 from the up stairs hot water heater ill the whole ceiling with water

Stupid covid vax from our Democratic dictatorship but at least there was a nice view and Meg moves in

My lanai starts flooding

Then the bathroom floods from upstairs in April

Let's just flood the whole place and put these super loud and hot fans everywhere

We'll blow all the blinds down so everyone can see what's happening

Might as well flood some more since the fans are already here

That is a lot of fans and noise

Soo...I finish all the repairs on Saturday in September...except the flooring, drywall...done, painting...done, enjoyed it for three days....Wednesday night....

If I had waited til after this flood they would have pulled the tile up for me...all the nice drywall gets all ripped back out...

All cleaned up...the whole pile of baskets is gone but the room is full of boxes now
