He did the 2.4 mile swim in 1hr 11 min, the 112 mile bike in 6h 57 min,
and here he is smiling on the marathon which he did in 5h 15 min. Thanks Marsha and Fred for all your support, help, being there, cheers, pictures, up dates...! It's huge that you are there for him!

That is so incredible beyond words!!! Erik, what an amazing accomplishment! Congrats!!! I wish we could have been there, but we were cheering you on through the states!
