British Airway's newest jet called the "double" Airbus to Heathrow and then to Barcelona where we joined our
ship the Celebrity Equinox. We flew over the Pyrenees mountains, we were
surprised to see some of the peaks were snow capped. We toured Barcelona, a
beautiful city, but the highlight was the uncompleted Barcelona Cathedral and
its unusual architecture.

While walking the beach in Nazare, Portugal we happen upon Garrett
McNamara and his son Liam. McNamara formerly of Hawaii moved to Nazare, Portugal
recently with his wife and son. McNamara holds the world record for the largest
wave ever surfed. He was also the first to surf tidal waves from caving
glaciers. Nazare is noted for its huge waves.
