Koko Head area

 We went up the trail instead of the stairs

 Looking down from atop the arch

You can actually see that there were at least 5 other arches at one time

This is the tunnel to eternity beach, you have to crawl through the beginning

    then you can go through hunched

   went through the other tunnel

 then cut through the gun range which was having live fire, they are only supposed to be open Sat and Sun, that was kind of crazy, we were up on the ridge when they were shooting also

the is a carrion flower-smells like dead stuff to attract flies, I didn't know flies could smell 

My booty on this hike

I actually had 5 more mangoes, 3 avocados, and 3 mountain apples.  My backpack was very heavy.

 I didn't eat the mushrooms

in the pouring rain and mud, coming down the muddy trail is skiing Hawaiian style

Crouching Lion to Manamana

Erica got rollerblades

My hiking friend Lisa is moving so Erica got rollerblades, a bin of Christmas, a stand up paddle board, Erik got a ton of wind surfer stuff and I got a fast kayak. Can't wait to try it all out.
