Thankful Thursday

-an amazing husband who makes me feel loved, wanted, appreciated, and goes out of his way to give our children all sorts of experiences
-three healthy kids that are growing and maturing before our eyes, who amaze us everyday with their unique personalities, never forget to say, "I love you," or mind if I kiss them in public
-for a gracious and forgiving God who gave us all we have

Working Out

Since we've been down on base this summer, Erik has started taking the kids to "Fit Kids" the work out center on base that is just for kids. All of the machines and equipment are sized for kids. It's the real stuff too. He has set them up with a routine which they are pretty serious about.

Summer Week Six

While the boys are in their second week of Outdoor Adventure Camp, Erica has been at art camp. Here is a project she is working on. The boys went boogie boarding, snorkeling at Sharks Cove, fishing, tomorrow they go hiking and Friday mountain biking.
In the afternoons they have tennis camp, which they love.
Owen has alternate uses for his racket.
Erica is so cute,

Evan is doing good.

Ever Wonder What Erik Does All Day?

Here he is sitting on the dive boat, feet propped up, talking on the phone...
Actually they have to spend a lot of time waiting around for other people to get their stuff together before they can dive. I wish I could have gotten better pictures of the boat, it's pretty cool with all the hoses. I might have some old ones when taking pictures wasn't prohibited.

Our 4th

For the past 13 years we have seen the fireworks on Pearl Harbor. This is what it looks like. The fireworks go off a barge in the harbor right over the ships and subs. Luckily this is blurred-photographing subs is verboten.
They are literally right in front of us, we are sitting in the parking lot along the piers.

Le Grand Patron Est De Retour!!!!

Translation...the Boss is back!
I totally channel my inner French during the Tour. Ever wanted to see how incredibly gorgeous France is? Watch the Tour-way better than the Travel Channel because along with commentary on the area, culture, local history, and architecture they throw in an insanely exciting bike race.
