Last Week of July

Erik took the temperamental steam cleaner apart...all the way apart...
of course it still goes...I wasn't worried one bit...
We hung out at the pool all week, we got to see rainbows in the mountains,
play on the slide,
and Evan did a cool water camp.
They learned water polo by playing in tubes first. I thought that was pretty cool.
Trying the real thing. It is really tough.
Saturday the kids went camping, Erica lost another tooth on the way up.
The camp site at the top of Peacock Flats in the Waianae's.
Having fun around the fire.
Afterwards they stopped and had a blast at Yokohama Beach. There is a really high sand bank. The one boy behind Owen was surfing down the bank onto another boogie board and flying off into the water. It was the coolest thing. The boys can't wait to go back with their boards and give it a try.

There was this huge bird flying around above them so they drew fish in the sand trying to get the bird to land for a picture.
Erica made a bow and arrows and quiver to hold them. I'm impressed.
